1. Who we are

Turul is provided by Häckl Gábor e.v. ("Turul", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Current status

Turul is an early-stage personal AI life companion, currently distributed as a preview build to a limited group of testers. Features and data may change, reset, or be removed without notice while the product is under active development.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Turul.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

4. Health & medical disclaimer

Turul is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional fitness advice. AI-generated content (workout programs, meal analysis, body-composition estimates) is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise, nutrition, or fasting program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. You use the app and any AI-generated content at your own risk.

5. AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee its correctness, suitability, or safety for your circumstances, and it should not replace professional judgement.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Public paid billing is not live. Any future paid plans will be processed via Stripe, with legally compliant invoices issued via Szamlazz.hu (Hungarian NAV e-invoicing). Pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be added here before billing launches.

7. Your data

Data you log (health/fitness data, account information) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (e.g. processing it through the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy to generate your results).

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

attempting to breach security, access other users' data, or disrupt the service;
reverse-engineering or scraping the app except where permitted by law;
using the service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Termination

You may stop using Turul and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer-protection rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hungary, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product develops. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
