Draft — not yet finalized. Turul is in private testing. These terms are a placeholder outline and have not been reviewed by legal counsel. They will be replaced with a complete agreement before public launch.

Current status

Turul is an early-stage, personal AI life companion app currently distributed only as a sideloaded Android preview build to a small group of testers. There is no public store listing, and no public sign-up flow, yet.

Use of the service

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use during testing.
Features and data may change, reset, or be removed without notice while the product is under active development.
AI-generated content (workout programs, meal analysis) is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or fitness professional advice.

Your data

Data you log in Turul (health and fitness data, account information) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Turul during this testing period, you acknowledge the product is unfinished and data handling practices may evolve.

Billing

Public billing and subscriptions are not live. Any future paid plans will be processed via Stripe, and these terms will be updated with pricing and billing details before that launches.

Third parties

The service relies on Supabase (data/auth) and third-party AI providers to function. Use of the app implies acceptance that your data passes through these providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

Because the product and these terms are both actively in progress, we may update this page at any time without prior notice during the private testing period.
